In an era before the discovery of metal, how did people acquire the tools they needed for survival?
This exhibition introduces various tools and how they were made.

Learn about the Takayama and Otokogura archaeological sites, located at the foot of the obsidian source, which provide insight into the production and distribution of stone tools.
